Yes! We specialize in teaching our customers everything they need to know about using and enjoying their RV rental.
When you make your reservation, a deposit is due, which is applied to your rental balance. Upon pickup, the remainder is then paid. The exception to this is rare large events, which will have the remainder of payment due 3 weeks in advance of pickup.
We accept all major credit cards and certified bank checks, payable 30 days in advance. There is a deposit held for each rental – $900 for motorhomes and $500 for travel trailers. This is returned within 3 – 5 business days after the scheduled rental is complete.
Pickups are scheduled between 1-4 p.m. on the day your reservation begins. It will take 45 to 60 minutes for orientation and paperwork to be completed on pickup day. You will receive an appointment time a week prior to your pickup date. Returns are expected no later than 12 p.m. unless you discussed and reserved extra time.
All of our units are current or next year’s fully loaded models, making mechanical issues extremely rare. We provide you with FREE 24/7 roadside assistance which will take care of any issue that may arise and minimize disruption to your trip. We will also give you our mobile number for any emergency questions regarding operation of the unit while on your trip.
Travel is restricted to the continental US and Canada. You may not travel to Alaska, Mexico, inner-city Montreal, or inner-city New York City.
All you need is an international driver’s license from your home country.
No, all of our vehicles are under 40 feet long and do not need special licenses to drive.
Yes, however, there are no refunds for early returns.
Please pre-negotiate any late arrivals with our office, as most often, the unit is reserved for another family adventure the following day. If you do not have a return pre-approved for a late arrival, extra fees will be assessed.
We do allow towing, on a case-by-case basis. There is a daily towing liability charge. The load must be under 3000 pounds, you must have over 10 years’ experience towing, and pass a towing test. The trailer being towed must be less than 10 years old and in good condition.
Your insurance is included in the price! It covers the unit as well as required state liability. Further detail is available in the rental agreement. If you would like additional coverage on top of what we provide, we recommend checking with your insurance company to see if they offer a free “extension of your existing coverage.”
All our rental units use gasoline. You can plan for 9-11 MPG.
Yes, only if you are plugged in overnight. Per the rental agreement, our RVs are not fit for every circumstance or need/medical support.
The door entrance is 23″ wide. While you cannot roll a wheelchair into them, there is a minimum of 29″ of width in the center floors, where most wheelchairs can sit open. This depends on the person’s situation, and the specific unit. Call us for any more details.
All units are winterized from late October through March (depending on the weather up north). This means there is no running water in the RVs while camping in freezing temperatures. The toilet is still available to use. During this time, winter prices are 45%!
All other amenities such as electric and cooking are useable as normal. In the event you are going south or west to warmer weather, we can blow out the water system before you leave. Once in above-freezing temperatures, you can use the water systems as normal and fill the RV with water. All you need to do is have the water system re-winterized at a professional RV dealer prior to returning to freezing weather.
Your unit will be stocked with more than enough propane for your trip. If you want to return the unit without filling it, you can pre-pay at a reduced rate, which is much cheaper than having it filled when you return home.
About 2 weeks with normal use, and depending on the season.
Yes, and we provide you with easy instructions as well as mobile apps to locate dump stations on your way home! If you prefer not to dump the toilet on your own, we do it for you for a fee.

You can only fit as many people as there are seatbelts in the motorhomes while driving. This is clearly spelled out in the vehicle descriptions. For example, extended-size motorhomes have seven seatbelts (max. seven people) but will sleep eight.
You can use your own EZ-pass (register yours to our rental plate when you leave) or pay tolls by cash. On roads that do not use EZ-pass or cash, but rather scan the license plate, we will bill your debit/credit card on file, and we will send you a receipt. (Tolls can take anywhere from 30-90 days to be billed.) We do not charge any processing fees on tolls.
Yes, we have multiple discounts available:

- Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin
Towables weigh 2900-3045 pounds dry, and they have a gross combined weight rating (GVWR) of 3800 lbs. Take a 2 5/16″ ball with a height of ~20-21″ from top of ball to ground, before hitching and adding tongue weight on a 1/2 ton truck or SUV. (If using a 3/4 or 1 ton truck or SUV, this can be lower as there will be less sag.) Tongue weight is ~400 lbs. They take a standard RV plug and have electric brakes.
Be sure to arrive with your vehicle set up properly per above.
Our cancellation is as follows:
- More than 30 days prior to your scheduled trip: You will receive a full reservation deposit refund.
- 30 days – 21 days prior to the scheduled trip: There is no deposit refund and no further responsibility.
- 21 days or less prior: You are responsible for 50% of the total trip cost, whether you take the trip or not.
- In the event of a no call/no show, you are responsible for the entire trip cost.
You may change dates on any existing reservations one time only (contingent on availability). All rental units are booked months in advance, and customers depend on them being ready for their vacations.
